Trinidad & Tobago Wedding Photographer
Available for photography anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
We are based in Trinidad but often frequent Tobago on Wedding Photography assignments.
we photograph a variety of Weddings: Church, Temple, Estate, Banquet Hall, Ball Room, Home etc.
Wedding Day Coverage
The Wedding day can typically be broken down into four segments:
Getting ready, The Ceremony, Portrait session, and The Reception.
Getting Ready
This part of the wedding day focuses on the bride & groom, together with their bridesmaids, groomsmen and their families.
We photograph the Bride with her parents, grandparents, and bridesmaids as they prepare for the wedding. Portraits are also captured of the bride alone, featuring the details of her dress, jewelry, bouquet, etc as well as beautiful portraits of the bride in her wedding attire.
The Groom is also photographed with his family and groomsmen, as well as the groom alone, including his details and portraits.
The ceremony portion of the wedding day can be anywhere from ten-twenty minutes long to over an hour, and in the case of Hindu Weddings can be anywhere between one hour long to several hours depending on the preferences or religious beliefs of the couple. During this time, there is usually a procession, speeches by the officiant and a few readers, the exchange of vows, wedding rings, and the first kiss. The marriage certificate is signed as either a part of the ceremony or separately. In the case of Hindu Weddings there are many different rituals that will be performed before the happy couple is now officially married.
Portrait Session
Portraits taken on a wedding day include the couple with their families, the wedding party, and the couple alone.
Generally, photos are taken at another location chosen specifically for portraits.
Family photos from each side are taken in groups and breakdowns, and the same is done with the images of the wedding party. The bride and her bridesmaids, the groom and the groomsmen, the couple with flower girl and ring bearers, and then we spend some time with the newlyweds alone capturing some beautiful, meaningful portraits of them together.
The Reception
The celebration often lasts a few hours, including the cocktail hour, introductions, toasts, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, mother and son dance, father and daughter dance etc.
We try to capture the fun and exciting atmosphere of a great party with photos of people dancing, and enjoying themselves. We also capture group photos and dance floor, snapshots with guests celebrating with the newlyweds.
Every wedding is photographed with your album in mind to create a stunning, unique wedding album for you.
